Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: At approximately 1:30 a.m. on August 1, police were called to New Vision Optical in Wallaceburg in response to a break and enter.
Police reviewed video of the incident and recognized the suspect.
The 41-year-old Wallaceburg man was located and arrested.
He was charged with break and enter with intent to commit theft and released with a future court date of September 8, 2021.
