Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: On July 31, 2021, a 32 year old Walpole Island man was arrested on Walpole Island.
He was found to have multiple warrants with CKPS.
Police attended and transported the male to CKPS headquarters where he was held for bail.
Liquor License Act Arrest
Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: At approximately 2 a.m. police were in the area of downtown Chatham and observed an intoxicated male becoming aggressive with the security guard of a local establishment.
Police intervened and arrested the 27-year-old Chatham man for being intoxicated in a public place.
He was brought to CKPS headquarters and later released into the care of a family member.
The male was issued a PON for being intoxicated in a public place.
Outstanding Warrants Arrest
Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: At approximately 6 a.m. on August 1, in the area of Wellington Street West in Chatham, police located a 56 year old Chatham male who was known to be wanted by CKPS.
He was found to have multiple outstanding warrants and was placed under arrest.
He was then brought to CKPS headquarters where he was released with a future court date.
