Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: On September 11, 2021, police located a 68-year-old man who was found to have an outstanding warrant for fail to attend court.

The man was released from the scene with a future court date.

Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: On September 11, 2021, the London Police executed a domestic violence arrest warrant in London on a 48-year-old Chatham-Kent man that had arrived at their airport.

Chatham-Kent Police transported the man to Chatham-Kent Police Headquarters were he was held pending a bail hearing.

Fail to stop

Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: On 2September 11, 2021, Chatham-Kent Police attended an address in Chatham and discovered a male party known to be wanted by another jurisdiction in Ontario.

The man was in a vehicle with stolen plates and was believed to have been in a police pursuit earlier this date.

The suspect became aware of a police presence and fled towards the police cruisers at a high rate of speed; ignoring police emergency lights.

Pursuit was not initiated as risk to the public was deemed to be high.

The suspect vehicle was located outside Chatham-Kent abandoned by another Police Service.

911 hang up results in arrest

Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: On September 10, 2021 police responded to an address in Chatham for a hang up 911 call.

After attending, police identified a 34-year-old man that was on bail with conditions not to be at that address or communicate with the second person identified at this address.

The man was arrested and search incident to arrested yielded suspected methamphetamine in their possession.

The was held pending a bail hearing for the following charges; two counts of failing to comply with release order and
possession of CDSA.

Warrant arrest

Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: On September 10, 2021 police responded to a suspicious person complain in Wallaceburg.

A 33-year-old man as located in the area and was found to have outstanding warrants upon being identified.

The man was transported to Chatham-Kent Police Headquarters and released with a future court date.
