The Wallaceburg Tartans boy’s baseball team capped off a perfect season with a win in the league championship last week.
The Tartans battled the team from Great Lakes Secondary School in the LKSSAA final.
The Tartans came out on top in the championship game with a score of 5-2.
Pitchers Logan Klompstra and Keegan Huber led the team from the mound for the win.
Chase Sitzes and Brayden Kraayenbrink had key offensive hits to score runs, while Lucas Laprise scored twice in the victory.
The Tartans were undefeated on the season.
