Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: On November 19, police located a 25-year-old Chatham woman in the area of King Street East in Chatham.
Police learned there was a warrant for her arrest as she missed her court date.
She was arrested and released with a future court date.
She was not charged for missing court.
Warrant arrest
Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: On November 19, 2021, in the area of Grand Avenue East in Chatham, police located a 28-year-old Chatham man who was wanted for failing to attend court and failing to comply with his release order.
He was arrested and released with a future court date of December 22, 2021.
The man was not charged for failing to attend court.
Assault arrest
Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: At approximately 11:30 p.m. on November 19, 2021, police were called to a disturbance in the area of Thomas Avenue in Wallaceburg.
Police arrived on scene and learned that a man had been assaulted.
The suspect, a 24-year-old Wallaceburg man, was identified and arrested.
He was released with a future court date of December 15, 2021.
Impaired driving arrest
Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: On November 20, 2021 at approximately 4:30 a.m., police were called to the drive thru of a local restaurant in the area of Richmond Street in Chatham.
Employees suspected a patron was operating a motor vehicle while impaired.
Officers arrived on scene and arrested the 25-year-old Chatham man.
He was transported to CKPS headquarters where further testing was conducted.
He failed the testing and was charged accordingly.
The man was lodged in cells until sober, at which point he will be released with a future court date.
