A third Party (Canada Direct), the same Canadian company who performed our renewal calling campaign last summer, will be reaching out to members on our behalf to collect their email address for our membership records.
Will begin March 1st and run for 4-6 weeks
Approx. 30,000 members to contact
Live agent calling only….no recordings or messages will be left
Agents have the ability to transfer any calls directly to our Member Services Staff
