Mrs. Ida (Lauzon) DeBusschere, a resident of Wallaceburg, passed away on Sunday, February 27, 2022 at the Chatham-Kent Hospice, in Chatham, at the age of 86.
Ida was born in Wallaceburg and was a daughter of the late Joseph and Violet (Miller) Lauzon.
Beloved wife of the late Edward DeBusschere (1999).
Loving mother of Edward (Monica) DeBusschere, Joseph (Carolyn) DeBusschere, Victoria “Vicky” (Bill Barton), David (Susan) DeBusschere, Paul (Anna) DeBusschere, , Rebecca (Kevin) Green.
Predeceased by a daughter MaryBeth Owens
Sadly missed by 17 grandchildren and 27 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.
Predeceased by her brother Mick Lauzon and Andre Lauzon.
Family and friends will be received at the Eric F. Nicholls Funeral Home Ltd. 639 Elgin St., Wallaceburg, on Tuesday, March 1, 2022 from 3-5 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, March 2, 2022 from Our Lady Help of Christians Church, at 11:00 a.m. .
Interment will follow in Riverview Cemetery, Wallaceburg.
