Gluten-free options at The Black Goose

BREAKFAST:
Gluten-free bread is available, and our grilled potatoes are gluten-free, making all, but our sausage, breakfasts, gluten-free. French toast can be made using gluten-free bread. Sorry, no pancakes.
LUNCH:
All our burgers are gluten-free and are served on gluten-free kaisers. If you wish to order a Baldoon burger, just omit the onion straws. We also have gluten-free wraps. They are a bit smaller but quite tasty.
All the sandwiches on our lunch menu, can be prepared on gluten-free bread. If you wish to order a hot beef, omit the gravy.
SUPPER:
Entrée’s available as gluten-free: liver, perch, ribs, roast beef (omit gravy), meatloaf, tomahawk chop. We now carry a penne pasta that is gluten-free and can be used in any pasta dish we are currently serving, assuming the sauce is gluten-free.
SALADS:
Our regular salads are all gluten-free but omit croutons with the Caesar salad. Check regarding our monthly salad specials.
SIDES:
For sides, we offer baked beans, red potato salad, coleslaw, corn, and red potato mashed.
DESSERTS:
Home made, rice pudding or ice cream.
At this time, we do not have a designated fryer for gluten-free cooking, so anything cooked in our fryer is not considered gluten-free.
