Students from the Grade 2/3 class at Dresden Area Central School teamed up with CK Tree Care to plant 25 trees in the Dresden Cemetery on Thursday, April 7, 2022.
Greg Pilecki, owner of CK Tree Care, told the Sydenham Current he purchased the trees, supplied the mulch and “know how” and taught the students how to plant them.
The Dresden Cemetery lost a number of mature trees during a storm last year.
A number of parents, teachers and volunteers came out to help as well.
