Break and enter in Chatham

Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: Sometime on Thursday evening unknown suspects entered an apartment on King Street in Chatham.

Once inside, the suspects stole a bicycle valued at $200.

Woman charged with failing to comply

Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: On January 24, 2022 the woman was released from Court with several conditions.

Two of the conditions stated that she was not to communicate with or must not attend any place where a Chatham man was known to be.

Yesterday afternoon, police responded to a call at a residence in Wallaceburg.

Through investigation police located the woman with the Chatham man.

The 20-year-old Wallaceburg woman was arrested and charged with four counts of failing to comply.

She has been held in custody pending a bail hearing

Executed warrants

Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: Yesterday evening, police attended a residence in Wallaceburg and made entry with a warrant.

The 52-year-old Wallaceburg man was arrested and he has been held in custody pending a bail hearing.

Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: Yesterday evening around 8 p.m., police located a man in Blenheim who was known to be wanted.

The 49-year-old Blenheim man was arrested and released with a future court date.
