Mr. John “Jack” Sterling, a resident of Thamesville, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, April 19, 2022 at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance, Chatham Campus, at the age of 79 years.
He was a son of the late Leo and Beatrice (Como) Sterling.
Dear husband of the late Carolyn (Cooper) Sterling (2010).
Loving father of Tracy (Ron Hill) Trahan.
Beloved grandfather of Matthew and Michael (Tiffany) and great grandfather of Cameron, Cassie, Cowan, Hailey and Cole.
Dear son-in-law of the late Beulah Cooper.
The late John “Jack” Sterling rested at the Eric F. Nicholls Funeral Home Ltd. 639 Elgin St., Wallaceburg.
Following his wishes cremation has taken place.
Interment of ashes will be in Riverview Cemetery, Wallaceburg at a later date.
