100 Men Who Care donate to Chatham-Kent Hospice

The Chatham-Kent Hospice Foundation were the recent recipients of a donation from the 100 Men Who Care Chatham-Kent.

The donation of $10,600 was presented to Jodi Maroney, Executive Director for the Chatham-Kent Hospice Foundation.

“We are honoured to be selected for this donation and I am very grateful to the 100 Men Who Care for their dedication to our community by giving so generously to local services including the Hospice. This gift will be used to provide local families with the care and support they need at end of life” stated Jodi Maroney, in a media release.

The Chatham-Kent Hospice Foundation is responsible for the fundraising activities needed to support Chatham-Kent Hospice.

Their Mission is to enhance the financial sustainability of the Chatham-Kent Hospice by working with the community to raise funds, awareness and understanding to enable compassionate, quality near end-of-life experiences for the residents of Chatham-Kent.

They require $121,000 in donations each month to support the operating needs of the Hospice.
