Crime Stoppers doubles reward in missing person investigation

The Sarnia Police Service continues in their efforts to locate missing person Trevor Shawn Chaput, 33 years of age, of Sarnia.

The Sarnia Police Criminal Investigations Division has been investigating Trevor’s disappearance since reported missing by family members on July 6, 2022, and are treating his disappearance as suspicious.

“Family, friends, and the Sarnia Police would truly appreciate any information that would assist in locating Trevor,” Sarnia Police officials said in a media release.

“This ordeal has been very difficult for the family and any answers would be greatly appreciated. Trevor is described as being approximately five foot and six inches tall and weighing approximately 160 pounds (thin build).”

Sarnia-Lambton Crime Stoppers has doubled the maximum reward to $4,000 for information received through the program that leads to an arrest or the location of missing person Trevor Chaput.
