Family Service Kent is pleased to invite the public to attend a Volunteer Showcase at the Hidden Hills Golf and Country Club on November 1, 2022.
It has been a tough few years, and a major impact has been felt on the nonprofit sector as many of us rely on volunteers to provide vital services to our community.
As we recover from the pandemic, we feel it is important to offer a one-stop information session to show community members volunteer positions available in Chatham-Kent.
This showcase of our collective volunteer opportunities from across Chatham-Kent will assist in recruitment for agencies and provide information to those who are looking for ways to give of their time and skills.
This will be a great event for students, retirees, and those who have the gift of time to offer in volunteer positions that will fulfill them.
People who are attending can explore opportunities, meet with volunteer coordinators, learn about the positions, and possibly apply to organizations.
Join us to learn about volunteer driving, serving the vulnerable, working with youth and seniors, and much more!
Organizations who are interested in participating, please contact Family Service Kent to register.
The deadline to register is October 26, 2022.
