The Chatham-Kent Public Health Unit provided the latest COVID-19 statistics in the community on Wednesday, December 7, 2022.
One new COVID-19 death was reported this week.
A total of 92 Chatham-Kent residents have died from the virus since the pandemic began in March of 2020, public health officials say.
One new outbreak was declared across Chatham-Kent this week and two remain active in total.
CK Public Health officials say 65 new COVID-19 cases were reported on Wednesday, increasing the total number of cases to 10,578 since the pandemic began.
The current seven day rolling average case count (average number per day) is at nine.
