Donald and Stella Webster, both born and raised in Lambton County, are celebrating a rare and remarkable milestone today, Tuesday, March 14, 2023 – their 70th wedding anniversary.
The couple, who exchanged their vows in Dawn Township, have been inseparable since that special day.
The Websters have lived in various parts of Ontario, including Chatham-Kent, Toronto, and Mississauga, before eventually returning to Wallaceburg.
They now reside at the Oaks Retirement Village, where they continue to cherish each other’s company and live their lives to the fullest.
To commemorate this momentous occasion, their family had planned to bring in a cake for the residents of the Oaks Retirement Village to share.
The family is also organizing a “come and go party” at the Port Lambton United Church on April 8 from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.
