Police: B&E, breach, warrants executed

Man arrested for breach

Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: On April 25, 2023 around 11:30 a.m. a 40 year old male was located at a residence in Chatham, where he was found to be residing contrary to his Conditional Sentence Order. 

He was arrested for Breach of Conditional Sentence Order and held pending a bail hearing.

Man arrested for break and enter

Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: At 7:30 p.m. police responded to a break and enter on Greenvalley Line, where the homeowner located a male entering his pool shed. 

Police arrived on scene and arrested the 39-year-old male for break and enter. 

He was transported to Headquarters and released on an undertaking.

Man arrested on warrants

Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: At 9:52 p.m. police located a 32-year-old man on Murray Street in Chatham, who was wanted for Failing to Attend Court and Breach of Probation.  He was arrested and transported to police headquarters, where he was held pending a bail hearing.

Female arrested on warrant

Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: On April 26 at 1:45 a.m. a 25-year-old female who was wanted for Failing to Comply with Release Order was located on Grand Ave. E and arrested by police. 

She was later released from custody on a Form 9 with a future court date.
