The Glasstown Brewing Company is opening on Saturday, May 20, 2023 in downtown Wallaceburg.
Dana Haggith caught up with owner Todd Shepley and master brewer David Draper for an interview. Listen, below:
On the opening day, a small parade will be held, complete with bagpipes, when the first keg of “Made in Wallaceburg” beer will be walked down to the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 18.
A total of seven beers will be on tap for the opening and the Glasstown crew is going to be making a blueberry sour beer in partnership with Parks Blueberries.
