Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: At approximately 9:47 a.m., police responded to an indecent act investigation on Queen Street South in Tilbury.
As police arrived, the officer observed the man buttoning up his pants.
The officer also confirmed he was wanted on a warrant related to a criminal harassment investigation.
The 26-year-old Tilbury man was arrested and charged with indecent acts and criminal harassment.
He was released with a future court date of August 14, 2023.
