OPP officials allege: On August 19, 2023, at approximately 9:23 p.m., the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Middlesex Detachment, Middlesex Centre Fire Services, and Middlesex-London Paramedic Service responded to a two-vehicle collision at the intersection of Ilderton Road and Wonderland Road North, Middlesex Centre involving a car and a pick-up truck.
A 17-year-old, passenger in the car was pronounced deceased at scene.
The driver of the car, also a 17-year-old, was transported to hospital with life-threatening injuries and has since died as a result of injuries sustained in the collision.
Ilderton Road was closed for several hours but has since been re-opened.
