Ode’mini Giizis Coffee Co. & Café is set to open in Wallaceburg around the end of September.
Owners Amy White, her daughter Chloe White Deleary and her mother Merle Basque told the Sydenham Current the business, located at 208 Margaret Avenue, will offer modern Indigenous cuisine that will be “eating with the seasons.”
Customers will be able to pre-order online.
Their coffee is from a cooperative in Guatemala and will feature ethical beans.
They are also holding an ‘Orange Shirt’ contest and people are encouraged to bring their designs into the shop on September 19, 2023.
