Chatham-Kent Hospice Foundation Board and Committee members enjoyed a day on the green in support of Chatham Kent Community Foundation Golf Tournament last Friday! Every year, CKCF gives over $550,000 in grants to charitable organizations in CK. Hospice has been fortunate to benefit from this generosity on many occasions.
