Damage is pegged at $600,000 following a residential fire in Ridgetown.
“On Tuesday, November 7 at approximately 11:50 p.m., Station #11 – Ridgetown responded to a structure fire at 90 Main Street, Ridgetown,” fire officials said in a media release.
“Upon arrival crews were presented with heavy smoke and flames from both the first and second floor of the dwelling. Station #10 – Orford also attended the scene with a full response as well as the support unit from Station #1 – Chatham. CKPS and CK EMS also attended.”
Crews remained on scene well into the morning, fire officials say.
“The fire was brought under control and extinguished,” fire officials added.
The cause of the blaze is undetermined and no injuries were reported.
