Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: On Thursday the owner of Mighty Jim’s Variety in Chatham attended his store to open for the day.
They discovered damage to a rear entry and on review of video surveillance observed an attempted break and enter into the business.
The matter is still under investigation.
