Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: On December 30, 2023, police responded to a business on Herbert Street in Wallaceburg for a theft investigation.
Through investigation, officers learned surveillance video captured the man entering the business several times over the past two weeks.
Each time he removed property from the location.
The man was identified, and a warrant was issued for his arrest.
On January 1, 2024, at 9:40 p.m., the man was located on Oak Street in Wallaceburg and was arrested.
The 33-year-old Wallaceburg man was charged with adult disguise with intent to commit a criminal offence and three counts of break-and-enter.
He was transported to police headquarters and held pending a bail hearing.
