He removed several items from the shelves and left without making any attempts to pay.
The man was identified through video surveillance, and a warrant was issued for his arrest.
On January 18, 2024, at 2:56 p.m., an officer located and arrested the man on Oxley Drive in Chatham.
The 26-year-old Chatham man was charged with theft and possession of stolen property.
He was released with a future court date of January 23, 2024.
