Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: At 8:03 a.m., police responded to a collision on the bridge on McNaughton Avenue in Wallaceburg.
An older model white Ram pickup truck travelled northbound on McNaughton Avenue attempted to pass a second vehicle on the right.
The pickup truck struck the other vehicle, damaging the mirror.
The driver stopped long enough to apologize, then left the scene.
