Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: On Sunday evening, at approximately 7:40 p.m., Chatham-Kent Police attended the area of Grand Avenue West in Chatham after someone reported a suspicious person in the area.
Through investigation, police located male party who was wanted on an outstanding DNA warrant.
The 42 year-old male was arrested, DNA was obtained and he was released subsequently.
