OPP officials allege: On February 13, 2024, at 5:23 a.m., members of the Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Middlesex-London Paramedic Service and Middlesex Centre Fire, were dispatched to Highbury Avenue in Middlesex Centre, for the report of a serious collision involving three passenger vehicles.
As a result, 10 individuals were transported to hospital. Four involved were transported with life-threatening injuries. Two individuals have died as a result.
The OPP Traffic Incident Management and Enforcement (TIME) team is on scene to assist with the investigation.
The roadway will remain closed for the investigation between Ten Mile and Ilderton Road for the next few hours.
The investigation is ongoing.
