Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: On February 19, 2024, at 5:06 a.m. police responded to Peter Street South in Bothwell for a disturbance.
Officers arrived on the scene and located the man.
He was found intoxicated and unable to care for himself.
The 25-year-old Bothwell man was arrested for public intoxication.
He was transported to police headquarters and held until he was sober.
