Failure to complete court ordered programs leads to arrest in Wallaceburg

Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: On December 19, 2017, the man entered a Peace Bond with a condition to complete specific programs outlined by the court.

When the man failed to complete these programs, a warrant was issued for his arrest.

On February 22, 2024, at 11:50 a.m., the man attended Chatham-Kent Police Headquarter and turned himself into the police.

The 31-year-old Wallaceburg man was arrested and released with conditions and a future court date of March 25, 2024.

He currently faces the following charges: breach of recognizance.
