Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: Last night at 8:15 p.m., officers attended a residence on Charing Cross Road in Chatham for a complaint of a break and enter.
A 44-year-old Chatham woman entered the residence without being invited.
The woman, known to police, left prior to police arrival.
She will be located and charged with being unlawfully in a dwelling.
