Mr. Garry Jinkerson, a resident of Chatham, passed away on Tuesday, February 27, 2024 at Copper Terrace, Chatham at the age of 82.
Garry was born in Chatham and was a son of the late Jack and Mary (Cadotte) Jinkerson.
Beloved husband of the late Dorothy (Binklie) Jinkerson (2010).
Loving father of Anna Michelle (Bev) King.
Sadly missed by his grandchildren Courtenay and Katie (Luis) and his great granddaughter Audrey.
Also sadly missed by his special cousin Elda (Jim) Faubert.
Kind brother and brother-in-law of Clifford (Helen) Jinkerson and Ralph Iden. Predeceased by his sister Evelyn Iden.
Garry loved travelling and had been coast to coast across Canada. He loved hunting and fishing and enjoyed being a guide for both of his passions. He was very proud of owing his own restaurant “The Corral” and received much joy from that in his life.
Family and friends will be received at the Eric F. Nicholls Funeral Home Ltd. 639 Elgin St., Wallaceburg, on Sunday, March 3, 2024 from 2-4 p.m. to celebrate his life.
Cremation will follow.
