Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: At 8 p.m., police responded to suspicious activity on Grand Avenue West in Chatham.
Upon arrival, officers located the man and learned he was wanted on outstanding warrants.
The 29-year-old Chatham-Kent man was arrested and released with a future court date of March 18, 2024.
He currently faces the following charges: failing to comply with a probation order, and two counts of failing to comply with the Sex Offender Registry Act.
