Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: At 3:56 p.m., police responded to Selton Line in Orford Township for a disturbance.
Officers received information the man attended the home and was attempting to gain entry.
The man was also wanted in two other incidents for the same behaviour.
The 36-year-old London man was arrested and charged with criminal harassment and three counts of failing to comply with a release order.
He was transported to police headquarters and held pending a bail hearing.
