Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: At 11:54 a.m., the man attended the Ontario Court of Justice on Grand Avenue West in Chatham.
Officers recognized the man from previous encounters and confirmed he was wanted on an outstanding warrant related to a December 2023 break and enter investigation.
The 41-year-old Chatham man was arrested and transported to police headquarters, where he was held pending a bail hearing. He is currently facing the following charges: mischief and break-and-enter.
