Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: Last night police responded to a business on Queens Line in Chatham for a break and enter.
A male was located inside a compound on the property.
The 40-year old male was arrested for Break and Enter with Intent to Commit Theft.
The male was transported to the Chatham-Kent Police Headquarters for booking and held pending a bail hearing.
