Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: On November 16, 2023, the woman was arrested and released with conditions and scheduled court date.
When the woman failed to make a scheduled court appearance related to this investigation a bench warrant was issued for her arrest.
On April 3, 2024, at 12:55 p.m., the woman attended Chatham-Kent Police headquarters and turned herself in to the police.
The 20-year-old Chatham woman was arrested and released with a new court date of April 29, 2024.
She is currently facing the following charges: break and enter, assault with a weapon and forcible confinement
