Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: At approximately 9 a.m., police responded to Wallace Street, in Wallaceburg to conduct a well-being check on the woman.
During the investigation, the officer confirmed that the woman was wanted on an outstanding surety relief warrant.
The 29-year-old woman was subsequently arrested and transported to the courthouse.

A 28-year-old man was located, and the officer confirmed he was wanted on an outstanding warrant for failing to attend court.
The male was arrested and subsequently released with a future court date.
