The Chatham-Kent Hospice is bringing an educational event called ‘Hospice Wheels’ to Wallaceburg.
“Living with a life-threatening illness, or providing care for a loved one as they near end of life, is very difficult,” Hospice officials said on social media.
“Get help navigating the healthcare system and access to the care you need through our new outreach program – Hospice Wheels; Palliative Education On-The-Go! Join Amber, our Hospice Navigator, as she tours the various communities in Chatham-Kent providing info sessions. First up-Wallaceburg!
The event will be held on Thursday, May 2, 2024 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Oaks Retirement Village.
