May 1, 2024 marks the launch of Wallaceburg Minor Lacrosse Association’s first ever 50/50 online fundraiser.
“Half of the funds raised will support the advancement of the great sport of lacrosse in the Wallaceburg area,” organizers say.
“The other 50% will go to one lucky winner on WAMBO weekend. There will also be an early bird draw of $1,000 on Victoria Day, May 20th.”
Lacrosse officials added: “This year, WMLA has shattered previous registration records with over 350 kids enrolled from all over Chatham-Kent. Community support plays an integral role in developing these amazing athletic programs, with emphasis on keeping registration costs to a minimum for our families.
