Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: At 4:21 p.m., police located the man on Park Street in Chatham.
Officers confirmed the man was wanted on a DNA Warrant and a bail violation investigation.
The 41-year-old Chatham-Kent man was arrested and transported to police headquarters and processed.
He was released with a future court date.
He is currently facing the following charges: fail to comply with a probation order.
