Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: At 4:27 p.m., police conducted a traffic stop on Longwoods Road in Camden Township.
Through investigation, the officer confirmed the man and woman, who were occupying the vehicle, where on conditions not to associate with each other. Both were also wanted on warrants.
The 53-year-old Chatham Township man was arrested and transported to police headquarters, where he was released with conditions and a future court date of June 3, 2024.
He is currently facing the following charges: two counts of failing to comply with an undertaking.
