Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: A 37-year-old man is currently before the courts on impaired operation charges and currently on a release order not to operate a motor vehicle.
The man was stopped on Queens Line operating a vehicle.
The man was arrested and charged with Fail to comply with release order and operate motor vehicle while suspended Highway Traffic Act.
The vehicle was impounded and the man was held for bail.
