Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: A 21-year-old Chatham man and a 22-year-old Chatham woman were each on conditions not to be around each other.
The man and woman were located together at an address on King Street West in Chatham.
Both were arrested and charged with Failing to comply with undertaking.
The man was charged with Fail to comply with probation and the woman for facilitating a breach of probation.
Both were released with future court dates of July 22, 2024
