Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: A pickup truck was on Sandys Street in Chatham.
A pedestrian ran across the road and was struck by the truck.
A 40 year old woman was taken to Public General with non-life threatening injuries.
No charges were laid as it was found the pedestrian to be at fault for crossing improperly.
