Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: At 4:23 p.m., police located the woman on Nelson Street in Wallaceburg.
The woman was wanted on an outstanding warrant for failing to attend court in relation to a May 2024 shoplifting investigation.
The 27-yer-old Chatham Kent woman was arrested and transported to police headquarters, where she was released with conditions and a future court date of July 29, 2024.
She currently faces the following charges: theft and possession of stolen property.
