DNA warrant executed in Wallaceburg

Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: At 12:19 p.m., police located the man on James Street in Wallaceburg.

The man was required by the court to have his DNA collected.

When the man failed to comply with this requirement, a warrant was issued for his arrest.

The 34-year-old Chatham man was transported to the Ontario Court of Justice on Grand Avenue West in Chatham, where the warrant was fulfilled.

The man was released.
