Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: A 21-year-old man and 19-year-old woman were involved in a relationship.
The woman attended a residence on King Street West in Chatham.
At this location there was a disturbance and an assault took place.
The man was on a release order not to be around the woman.
The man was to be located and charged with failing to comply with releases, assault, utter threats and forcible confinement.
The woman was charged with facilitating a breach and released with a future court date.
