Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: The Chatham-Kent Police Service are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying this person in relation to a February 15, 2023, arson investigation in a parking lot on Wellington Street West, behind 44 Fourth Street, in Chatham.
The person is seen in the area shortly before the fire alarms sounded at 3:15 a.m.
